FinancialForce’s annual Community Live conference gathered customers, partners, and team members for a multi-day event at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The agenda showcased product innovation, customer-first strategies, keynotes, breakout sessions, and networking in a high-energy branded environment. As the leading ERP built natively on Salesforce, the event reinforced FinancialForce’s commitment to unified data and accelerated business.
Role
I collaborated with the brand team to transform ARIA’s expansive venue into an immersive FinancialForce experience. From concept through on-site implementation, I led design and production of lobby column wraps, directional meter boards, printed agendas, name badges, sponsor graphics, lollipop signs, wall art installations, and the conference guide. Every asset maintained brand consistency while guiding attendees and reinforcing the “business accelerated” theme.
Results
ARIA’s vast spaces posed challenges in scale, sightlines, and visibility with high ceilings, open lobbies, and sprawling walkways. By employing bold color, vertical formats, oversized typography, and strategic placement, the branding achieved high visibility and cohesive impact throughout the venue. Attendees experienced clear wayfinding, strong brand presence, and an engaging environment that elevated the overall conference experience.
