Backdrop
C1’s 2025 Sales Kickoff (SKO) brought together sales teams, leadership, and partners for a high-energy, future-focused gathering. Held at the newly opened Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the event called for a bold visual language that matched the scale and sophistication of the venue. The goal was to energize, align, and inspire, and the environment needed to reflect that. Sleek, modern, and immersive, the branding helped shape a cohesive experience that visually reinforced C1’s evolving brand identity and set the tone for the year ahead.
Role
As art director and designer on the brand team, I helped lead the visual experience for SKO 2025. From early concept development through final production and on-site execution, I worked closely with internal stakeholders, marketers, and vendor partners to shape a cohesive visual identity across every touchpoint. My responsibilities included strategy, design, and production for more than 60 branded assets, including stage graphics, motion content, signage, swag, and immersive installations. The goal was to deliver a bold, energetic system that matched the scale of the event while complementing the elegance of the Fontainebleau venue.
Results
The final execution transformed the venue into a visually cohesive and high-impact experience. Branded areas became natural gathering points and shareable moments, driving organic social engagement and attendee interaction. The design resonated with both the audience and executive leadership, earning praise for its clarity, creativity, and alignment with C1’s strategic direction. Most importantly, it raised the bar for future internal events by establishing a new visual standard and further embedding brand storytelling into the event culture.
