"Communications for the customer-obsessed" is a brand campaign launched by 8x8 to showcase the value of its XCaaS (Experience Communications as a Service) offerings. First revealed at an Analyst Summit and Nasdaq listing event, the campaign was designed to complement existing XCaaS messaging while offering a fresh, focused perspective on how 8x8 empowers customer-centric businesses. The visual direction aimed to elevate the brand’s positioning and reinforce its commitment to seamless, impactful communications solutions.
Role
As Art Director and Senior Designer, I helped bring the campaign to life by developing the visual language and creating a cohesive set of branded assets. This included printed materials, keynote templates, social media cards, headshot styling, and other supporting pieces that spanned both internal and external touchpoints. Every element was crafted to reflect the core campaign message and maintain a consistent, elevated brand experience.
Results
The campaign launched successfully in high-visibility settings, leaving a strong and unified impression of 8x8’s customer-first approach. The visual system provided a clear framework for ongoing brand storytelling across events, digital platforms, and corporate communications. By blending strategic design with thoughtful execution, the campaign supported broader marketing and sales efforts while enhancing brand recognition and engagement.
