Event branding for 8x8's Analyst Summit, held at the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance in San Diego, California. Our design project aimed to create a cohesive and immersive branding experience for this high-profile event. The event covered product announcements, business updates, customer panels, and an executive roundtable, all set against the backdrop of the San Diego Zoo.
For this event, we developed a comprehensive suite of branding assets:
Integrated logos. Custom logos incorporating 8x8's customer-centric artwork and zoo-inspired imagery, ensuring a unique yet cohesive identity for the summit.
Dynamic animations. Engaging animations for presentations and videos to captivate and inform the audience, enhancing the overall event experience.
Eye-catching signage. Vibrant banners and signs throughout the venue to guide and inspire attendees, reinforcing the event's branding.
Branded materials. Custom-designed animal art, name tags, and executive presentations, all featuring our unique branding elements to create a memorable experience.
Before the main event, guests gathered for a pre-event dinner at the US Grant Hotel. We transformed the ballroom with banners, GOBOS, video displays, interior design elements, and curated lighting. Two LED screen videos added movement, while GOBOS projected light onto the walls, brightening the space.
The main event unfolded at the Treetops event space within the San Diego Zoo. Although the executive presentations were the highlight, the animals truly stole the show. Seamlessly transitioning branded assets from the hotel to the zoo ensured consistency and optimized costs for event materials.
