For the “Communications for the customer-obsessed” campaign, 8x8 developed a focused message to highlight the value of its XCaaS platform, first introduced at an Analyst Summit and Nasdaq listing event. As Art Director and Senior Designer, I created the visual language and a cohesive set of assets including printed materials, keynote templates, social graphics, and headshot styling, ensuring a clear and elevated brand experience. The campaign launched with strong visibility, reinforcing 8x8’s customer-first positioning and providing a unified framework for ongoing storytelling across events, digital channels, and corporate communications.
